Yes. 24pickup is a legally registered Czech transportation provider with verified drivers, insured vehicles and online card payments handled through Stripe. We operate across Prague, Czechia and neighboring countries.
It depends on the type of service:
a) Standard transfers (city → city):
Price is calculated automatically based on:
- total distance (km),
- selected car category,
number of passengers (if passenger count exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, price is multiplied because 2 cars are required).
b) Tours:
Tours have fixed prices, which include:
- pickup anywhere in Prague,
- trip to the destination,
- waiting time for sightseeing,
- return to Prague.
The price is always shown instantly before payment — no hidden fees, no surprises.
No. All prices shown online are final.
The only potential extra costs are:
- extended waiting time (details below),
- additional child seats,
- additional stops requested by the customer.
Everything else is already included.

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world’s safest payment processors.
Your card details never pass through our website or server.
Yes. After successful payment you will receive:

✔ Details of your ride
✔ Driver assignment (later by SMS or email depending on the route)
Yes. Pickup time, address, or passenger details can be updated.
Contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust your ride.
Our cancellation policy is transparent:
- More than 24 hours before pickup: 100% refund
- 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: no refund

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe.
Processing time is usually 2–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Transportation
We track your flight in real time if you provide your flight number during booking.
In this case:
- your driver adjusts the pickup time automatically,
- waiting time does not start until the plane lands,
- you will not lose your booking or payment.
If the flight number is not provided, we use the scheduled pickup time from the booking.
Waiting time included in the price:
- Airport arrivals: up to 60 minutes after landing
- Train or bus station: up to 20 minutes after arrival
- Hotel / private address: up to 20 minutes after scheduled time
After these limits, standard waiting-time fees may apply (according to Terms & Conditions).

Yes. Seats for all age groups (0–36 kg) can be added during booking.
A small extra charge may apply.
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot exceed the maximum passenger limit of each vehicle.
If your group is larger, the system will automatically calculate the price for 2 vehicles.
